Hi all,

This is a light set I've just started work on:

This Image Was Automatically Resized by using the Shot Tag. Click to view the full version

Pieces so far:

Red light
Green light
Blue light
Recolorable light

^ The whole point of this set is to provide ambient lighting for rides etc. There's plenty of 'pole' style lights elsewhere

^ Yeah, think of it as DRP ambience, but with a lot more options. The radius is currently 10 (default), but I will make multiple radiuses. Glad you like it so far.

^ Like a 'pole' Sir Coaster mentioned? No - it will be like DRP ambience. The only light 'source' is a small black box that is not noticable until you are up close.

Lights with bulbs:

'With bulb' basically means that the lights have a centre spot as you can see on the picture above. As with the previous lights, they come in red, green, blue and recolorable versions. I may decide to scrap the blue and just have red, green and recolorable. This is because the blue does not look very bright in the game. The shot above is the recolorable version.

'Torch' (flickering) lights:

These lights flicker (or in the case of 'bulb' lights, pulse). A screenshot doesn't really do it worthy, so...

Download the 10-radius version (direct download from my site; no ads or popups).

Notes
- It's only the 10-radius version. I am making alternative versions as we speak.
- All of the icons are iRCT3's "1", because I couldn't be bothered to use anything different. This will be fixed after I release the alternative radius versions.
- Recolorable is spelt 'recolourable', because I'm British. This will be fixed when I release the alternative radius versions.
- I decided to scrap the blue after all, so each light has red, green, and recolorable versions.

Finally, I want to thank everyone who might actually use this, because it shows that while I am a terrible modeller, I can create CS that people will use

havent tested it yet. I use 2 seperate computers. one has internet but no rct3. the other has rct3 but no internet. when I stop replying to comments and see that I am offline, you know I am testing it at that moment

I just tested this. It is good. only one thing I dont like. the boxes are soo small that if I want to remove the light, I cant delete it

IWillDestroYou: Try switching to day and zooming up close. While testing I had no problems deleting them like that.

The tutorial is now up - if you haven't yet seen it, I suggest you take a look

I am now working on alternative radius versions. Could you please suggest what other radius sizes you would like? (I am making two alternative versions).

This version contains the radius 5 version as well as some minor improvements (see the readme if you're interested). No new pieces have been added.

Download the radius 5 version

Download the radius 10 version

If you're upgrading your original version 1.0 lights, make sure you overwrite all the files.

Enjoy, and please tell me what other radius size you would like.
