Overall a decent list, but some observations:
- What's with the colours at the beginning of this list? Purple and dark red are a little passé, don't you think? - Why on earth do you number the sets of the makers who have created a single set only? Are you out of your mind? - "grab it!": was that the smartest phrase you could come up with? and finally: - Why don't you give us direct download links? Lazy, are we? Thanks a lot, errt! |

Thank you errt for taking this over! I've downloaded every single set I have from this list.
I'm so glad to see it will be continued even though Apet can't. Thanks again,Curtis.

I've just added some additional download-links and I'll change a few more things in the next few days. I also added PhiWie's Asian Lamp. I hope I can do this as good as apet08 has done it before.
It would be great, if any moderator could make this thread a sticky, like the old one, so it's easier to find. |

That's right. The old one shouldn't be a sticky then anymore. I counted the stickies: There are 6 Tutorials about making CSO and two about installing. Perhaps somebody should summarize them and unsticky the others. And I think this two-post-thread "RCT3 Object Importer now on SourceForge" shouldn't be a sticky, it's much too small.
Rather thankless task? In these 10 answers I can find 7 thanks ![]() |

![]() I especially asked for this one to be stickied. It replaces the old importer development thread which was unstickied. It is the place where new tutorials and relevations should/will be posted and a general link list for importer related (maybe I should rename it). As soon as we have an updated how-to (which will be added there), the old importer howto thread sholud be unstickied.

If the old how-to thread is unstickied, the new thread contains a tutorial (in the first post) and it get's a better name (Not only the annoucement of the importer beeing on sourceforge, but a thread recognizable as THE importer thread) I agree it can/should be a sticky. But not as it is now.

errt, you may want to pm Marn or Skipper asking if they will sticky and unsticky the threads. This was on page 2 already...

In any case, I've left a notice in the beginning of the original thread that links to this thread. Now everyone will know of its existence - but it still needs to be pinned.

Heh, that's how I found it. Thank you very much, both of you, for the hard work you have done.

Thanks errt for continue apet08 work. This is a must read thread for any park builder. With your contacts to some german custom scenery makers you will find probably some more scenery, that wasn't shown here before.
I think, anyone, who knows about Custom Scenery, that was not shown here at this forum, should send you an pm with a link, to made this list so complete as possible. Okay, sometimes a custom object can impress you so much, that you announce it twice in your list, like Antrolla's Atari Statue. Or did you list is twice to impress Atari . I would remove one of them from the list "New or Updated This Month".

I don't think there are many unknown CSO, but I hope people who know new (or old, not listed) CSO post it in this thread or send me a PM.
The Atari Statue was just a test to find out how careful you all read the list Perhaps I made some more 'tests'? Find them! |

Just an idea to save time. If you always add the lastest releases at the end of the list, you don't need to re-number all other releases of this month. It's just a suggestion and it's your thread.

Yes, I thought of this, but then I said: It's easier for people to find the new CSO if they are the first in the list.

Well, if you used a vbcode numbered list you don't have to renumber it manually as well =)

Just added a new feature: You can find the (last) reason the download was put on the list for after the creator in the 'this month'- and 'last month' list.
